Currently, ClipFactory generates clips automatically. However, all clips are downloaded as standard video files that you can edit further in any video editor like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Yes. Your videos and clips are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 with encryption in transit and at rest. Only you can access your content. We never use your videos for training or share them with third parties.

Videos are retained while your account is active. When you delete a video, it is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Upon account deletion, all content is removed within 30 days.

You are responsible for ensuring that videos you upload do not infringe on third-party copyrights. ClipFactory is a tool for processing your own content. We do not endorse or facilitate copyright infringement.

Processing time depends on video length and plan type. Free plan videos typically process within 5-15 minutes. Pro and Business plans have priority processing and usually complete within 2-5 minutes.

If processing fails, you'll receive a notification with details about the error. Common causes include corrupted files or unsupported formats. Try re-uploading the video or converting it to MP4 format.
