Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change applies at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my video limit?
Free trial videos never renew, so you must upgrade to process more videos after using all three. Pro and Business limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
Are there ads on paid plans?
No. Advertisements are only shown on the Free plan. Both Pro and Business plans provide a completely ad-free experience.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, WebM, and AVI formats. Uploaded videos are processed using AI transcription and clip detection regardless of format.
How long is my video content stored?
On every plan, the original upload and extracted audio are temporary. We remove them after every intended clip is created and uploaded successfully, but retain them when processing fails or remains pending so you can retry. Generated clips remain until you delete the clip or parent video.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.
