Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change applies at the end of your current billing cycle.
How do processing minutes work?
Free trial videos never renew. Pro includes 800 and Business 2300 source-video processing minutes per calendar month. Uploading does not consume minutes; processing charges the source duration rounded up per video (80 seconds uses 2 minutes; 10 seconds uses 1). A video must fit your remaining minutes. Failed jobs retain their charge, while retries of the same job do not charge again. Minutes reset at the start of each calendar month, not on your subscription renewal date.
Is there a maximum video duration?
Free accepts source videos up to exactly 30 minutes. Pro and Business have no fixed per-video duration cap, but each source video must fit the processing minutes remaining this month.
Are there ads on paid plans?
No. Advertisements are only shown on the Free plan. Both Pro and Business plans provide a completely ad-free experience.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, WebM, and AVI formats. Uploaded videos are processed using AI transcription and clip detection regardless of format.
How long is my video content stored?
On every plan, the original upload and extracted audio are temporary. We remove them after every intended clip is created and uploaded successfully, but retain them when processing fails or remains pending so you can retry. Generated clips remain until you delete the clip or parent video.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your billing period.
